All products are covered by our 60-Day Guarantee — you have 60 days from the date of your purchase to try out your items and if you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return your items for a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee per item. We will cover and issue the return shipping of all returns.
The refund, minus the restocking fee, will be applied once the items are received at our warehouse. Please allow 2-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
All contents from the original packaging must be included in the return, any missing items will delay the refund process.

It’s our goal to provide you with the best board-buying experience imaginable. Part of that means getting orders processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations to recall your order. If you wish to initiate a return once you have received the items, you may return your items for a refund, minus the 20% restocking fee.
If you have a replacement board being sent to you, the driver can help you use the box the replacement comes in to pack up and return the original board.
If you are returning with no replacement and have no box please notify Pilot Freight when they call you to set up your pick up appointment. The driver will then know to bring bubble wrap when picking up the board and can help package it for you. The packaging of a return does require an additional charge that will be subtracted from your refund.
All inflatables and accessories must be returned in a box in order for our prepaid return label to be accepted by the carrier. Any box that fits the items can be used to return the board, it does not need to be the original packaging.
If you purchase an item and the price changes within 30 days of purchase, we will provide an online store credit for the difference in price of the items. Please contact our customer service directly for any price match requests.
Periodically ISLE runs various sales and promotions throughout the year which are based on various factors such as holidays and marketing promotions, so prices on items may vary. If you purchase an item and the price changes within 30 days of purchase, we will provide an online store credit for the difference in price of the item(s) if you contact us.
